Стратегії копінгу прокрастинації у підлітковому віці

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто поняття та особливості копінг-стратегій та прокрастинації, взаємозв’язок копінгу з рівнем прокрастинації. У рамках роботи виявлено найбільш поширені копінг-стратегії серед підлітків (втеча, самоконтроль, планування вирішення проблем) та визначено кореляційны зв'язки між схильністю до відкладення на потім і бажаними копінг-стратегіями: позитивна залежність між прокрастинацією та низькоефективними стратегіями та негативний зв'язок прокрастинації з проблемно-орієнтованими стратегіями подолання. З огляду на результати діагностики розроблено корекційно-розвивальну програму для підлітків із переважанням низькоефективних копінг-стратегій та рекомендації для підлітків та педагогів щодо профілактики прокрастинації.

The work has been considered the concept and features of coping strategies and procrastination, the relationship of coping with the level of procrastination. As part of the work the most common coping strategies among adolescents (escapism, self-control, problem-solving planning) was revealed and a wide range of correlations between the tendency to procrastination and desired coping strategies (a positive correlation between procrastination and low-effective strategies and a negative correlation between procrastination and problem-oriented coping strategies) was determined. The diagnostic results, a correction and developmental program for adolescents with a prevalence of low-effective coping strategies and recommendations for adolescents and teachers on the prevention of procrastination were developed.
