Abstract:
Магістерська робота присвячена вивченню особливостей формування професійних інтересів студентів педагогічних вищих навчальних закладів. У процесі дослідження розглядаються особливості професійного вибору та самовизначення студентів у вищому педагогічному навчальному закладі та методи дослідження педагогічної спрямованості.
Основною метою роботи є дослідження особливостей формування професійних інтересів студентів педагогічних ВНЗ. На основі дослідження розроблено корекційно- розвивальний тренінг, спрямований на підвищення внутрішньої мотивації, підвищення комунікаційно-організаційних схильностей, а також підвищення емпатії та предметної мотивації.
Запропоновані практичні методи можуть бути використані викладачами, психологами та студентами для покращення психологічного стану, розвитку впевненості та підвищення внутрішньої мотивації.
The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the features of the formation of professional interests of students of pedagogical higher educational institutions. In the process of research, the features of professional choice and self-determination of students in a higher pedagogical educational institution and methods of research of pedagogical orientation are considered.
The main goal of the work is to study the features of the formation of professional interests of students of pedagogical higher educational institutions. On the basis of the study, correctional and developmental training has been developed aimed at increasing internal motivation, increasing communication and organizational inclinations, as well as increasing empathy and subject motivation.
The proposed practical methods can be used by teachers, psychologists and students to improve psychological state, develop confidence and increase internal motivation.
