Abstract

У даній роботі проводиться аналіз основних теорій професійної мотивації та визначення особливостей формування мотивації у молоді в умовах кризи. Розглядаються психологічні та соціальні аспекти формування мотивації в складних життєвих ситуаціях. Робота також містить рекомендації щодо підвищення професійної мотивації молоді, враховуючи їхні потреби, цінності та життєві цілі. Основна увага приділяється методикам підтримки молодих спеціалістів у складних ситуаціях, таких як кризові періоди в кар'єрному або особистому житті. Робота спрямована на розробку практичних рекомендацій щодо підтримки мотивації та підвищення ефективності молодих спеціалістів у роботі.

This paper analyzes the main theories of professional motivation and determines the features of the formation of motivation among young people in crisis conditions. Psychological and social aspects of the formation of motivation in difficult life situations are considered. The work also contains recommendations for increasing the professional motivation of young people, taking into account their needs, values and life goals. The main focus is on methods of supporting young professionals in difficult situations, such as crisis periods in career or personal life. The work is aimed at developing practical recommendations to support motivation and increase the efficiency of young professionals at work.
