ОСОБИСТОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ЗАХИСНИХ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИХ МЕХАНІЗМІВ У ЮНАЦЬКОМУ ВІЦІ

Abstract

У дослідженні подано аналіз проблеми механізмів психологічного захисту та особливостей їх функціонування у юнацькому віці. Дана проблематика розглядається у взаємозв’язку із властивостями особистості юнаків і дівчат. Визначено репертуар механізмів психологічного захисту в юнацькому віці, інтенсивність їх використання. Проаналізовано особливості захисної і саногенної рефлексії, визначено інтенсивність когнітивних зусиль, необхідних для подолання негативних емоцій. Показано взаємозвязок механізмів психологічного захисту із такими особистісними властивостями як: смисложиттєві орієнтації, локус контролю, стратегії поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях, сила волі. Доведено значення усвідомленості усвідомленості життя, інтернального локус контроля в організації безсвідомої захиної активності особистості. Запропоновано програму подолання деструктивного впливу психологічних захистів на розвиток особистості в юнацькому віці.

The article presents an analysis of the problem of psychological protection mechanisms and the peculiarities of their functioning in youth. This issue is considered in relation to the personality traits of young men and women. The repertoire of psychological protection mechanisms in youth, the intensity of their use, is determined. The features of protective and sanogenic reflection were analyzed, the intensity of cognitive efforts necessary to overcome negative emotions was determined. The relationship between psychological protection mechanisms and such personal properties as: meaningful life orientation, locus of control, behavioral strategies in conflict situations, willpower is shown. The significance of the awareness of the awareness of life, the internal locus of control in the organization of the unconscious defensive activity of the individual has been proven. A program for overcoming the destructive influence of psychological defenses on personality development in youth is proposed.
